This is the second book in the series corresponding to the syllabus for students at the Prathamic level. The book is divided into six parts. The first two parts deal with the theory behind the different aspects of Ashtanga yoga, the third explains human anatomy while the fourth and fifth parts provide the methodology for performing various asanas. the sixth and the final part serves as a workbook which aids the children in evaluating the children in evaluating their own understanding.
Although the book is written for children, it also provides guidance to parents and teachers on how yoga should be taught to children.
